When does this error appear?
This error will appear when attempting to create a new transmission in File > Maintenance and Reports > Daily > Bulk Bill/DVA Transmission.
What does this error mean?
There is an item number in the New Transmission window that has a service date older than 6 months.
How do I resolve this error?
Items with a service date older than 6 months cannot be submitted via Medicare Web Services. You will need to submit any claims older than 6 months to Medicare manually.
