When does this error appear?
This error will appear when attempting to create a new transmission in File > Maintenance and Reports > Daily > Bulk Bill/DVA Transmission.
What does this error mean?
There is an item number in the New Transmission window that has an incorrect time recorded. This usually means that a time has been entered that does not match the standard 24-hour time.
How do I resolve this error?
- Find the problematic item. Upon closing the error message, the problematic item should be highlighted in the list.
- Once you've identified the problematic item, double-click the item within the New Transmissions window. Click Edit and ensure the Service Time field is the correct 24-hour time. Click Save.
- Within the New Transmission window, click Create Transmission to attempt to transmit once again.
