Practices can now add customisable clinical questions

You can now add a customisable medical questionnaire to your Online Patient Registration forms to capture your patients' clinical history!
To turn these on, navigate to your Advanced Extras settings then scroll down to and enable the Medical Questionnaire setting.
Once you have enabled the Medical Questionnaire, you can start customising your medical questions, utilising the icons below.

Enable or disable certain questions in your questionnaire. You aren't able to delete the default questions that we have added, but you can disable them if they are irrelevant to your practice. |

Add a new custom question. If the default questions don't cover exactly what you're after, you can add custom questions to gather the most accurate information regarding your patients' medical history. |

Note: The Medical Questionnaire will only appear for new patients that were created after these settings have been saved.
Once the patient completes their form, the medical questionnaire will come into Genie as an Incoming Letter, which you can access via Open > Incoming Letters, or by clicking the button in the patient's clinical file.
You can then link the letter and easily view the medical information in the patient's clinical window.
Please note: There is a setting located in File > Practice Preferences > Carrier Identifiers tab, called 'Create a task when importing a letter'. If this box is ticked, the Administrative user of Genie will receive a task notifying them of the import.
Practices can now copy the registration link directly from the Advanced Dashboard

You can now copy the registration link to your clipboard directly from the Advanced Extras dashboard.
In your dashboard, simply click on the icon under the
heading. If the link copies correctly, you will see the below message pop up on your screen.
Once the link has been copied, you can easily copy this into an email, a letter, or wherever you wish to place it.
Patients can now include attachments with their registration form

Your patients can now upload attachments when completing their registration form.
To activate this for your practice, navigate to your Advanced Extras settings then check the Allow attachments checkbox as shown below.
Patients will then see an Additional Attachments section in their registration form, where they can choose specific files (e.g. referral, images, etc.) to upload. Currently Genie will accept attachments in PDF or JPEG format up to 50MB in size.
Once they click CHOOSE FILE then UPLOAD, the files that they attach will appear in Genie in Open > Incoming Letters. You can easily access these via their patient's clinical file and clicking on the button.

Patients can now add a separate account holder

Your patients can now input a different account holder when filling out their registration form. This means that parents can now easily fill out forms for their children. In the Insurance and Billing section, they simply need to answer NO to the following question:
They can then enter in their Account Holder (Parent/Guardian) details including their name, date of birth and Medicare card details.
Patients can now be deleted from the Advanced Extras dashboard

We have now added the ability to delete patients from the Advanced Extras dashboard.
Simply click the button next to the patient you wish to remove, then choose the Delete from list option and hit the
button.
Patients can now be marked as completed in the Advanced Extras dashboard

We have now added the ability to mark patients as completed from the Forms Not Sent and Forms Not Completed sections of the Advanced Extras dashboard.
This may be helpful if a patient has visited the clinic and filled out a paper form.
Simply click the button next to the patient you wish to remove, then choose the Mark as completed option.
