Errors when trying to access a My Health Record
Go to File > User Preferences > Details or File > Practice Preferences > Clinical and select the information icon in the relevant My Health Record section. Ensure that all lines are showing as green.
If they're all green but you are still receiving this error, it is possible that you don’t have HIC Online installed on this computer. To install this, please follow the instructions in the Installing HIC Online section of Setting up HIC Online.
If HIC Online is already installed on this computer and you are still receiving this error, please contact our Support Team.
