When does this error appear?
This error will appear when attempting to create a new Bulk Bill, DVA, ECLIPSE or patient claim.
What does this error mean?
This error can occur if the servicing provider isn't registered with Medicare. Alternatively, there may be an issue with the practice's details that we have listed against our Genie Solutions PRODA organisation, which connects you with Medicare Web Services.
How do I resolve this error?
Please call Medicare on 1800 700 199 in the first instance to confirm that your provider is properly registered with them. Once you've confirmed this, please submit a request to the support team if you continue to have trouble claiming.
