When does this error appear?
This error will appear when attempting to create a new Bulk Bill, DVA, ECLIPSE or patient claim.
What does this error mean?
An error has occurred when communicating with the Medicare Web Services endpoint.
How do I resolve this error?
- Restart Genie's HTTP server and Cloud Adapter by navigating to File > Cloud Adapter > Restart.
- Attempt to transmit your claim once again.
