If you are using My Health Record (MHR) in Genie via the CSP (Contracted Service Provider) method, you have the option of uploading specialist letters to MHR. This means that sometimes you'll need to either supersede a letter, or delete it from My Health Record entirely.
Before you begin
You must have completed the registration and activation steps to have My Health Record communicating with your Genie software. If you have not done this, navigate to our Getting started with My Health Record article to set up your practice.

You will then be prompted with an alert to choose a reason for deletion.
Superseding a letter from My Health Record
If you don't need to delete a letter entirely, but rather just need to make some changes, you can supersede this letter from within Genie. Navigate to the letter that was uploaded, and make the appropriate changes to the letter.
Upon clicking Save after changes are made, Genie will upload the letter and replace the existing letter in My Health Record.
