How do I purchase SMS credits?

You can purchase SMS credits through our Genie Solutions website, either by directly accessing this link in your browser, or navigating there through your Genie application. The following steps are for purchasing credits through Genie.

1. Navigate to Special > Purchase SMS Credits ~ or ~ Appts > SMS Reminders > Purchase SMS Credits to be redirected to our website in your default browser;
2. Click the button;
3. Enter in your HIC Location ID (this is your GEN number located in the top-right corner of your appointment book), the email address you would like your purchase confirmation emailed to and the amount of credits you wish to purchase;
   
4. Select a Payment Method:
   1. Credit Card - enter in the card details
   2. Cheque - the invoice will be sent to the nominated email address and must be paid within 30 days
   3. Direct Deposit - the invoice will be sent to the nominated email address and must be paid within 30 days
5. Confirm that the details entered are correct and select the button;
6. The invoice or receipt will be emailed to the nominated email address and the credits will now be available for use.
