How do I check my available SMS credits?

In order to send SMS reminders to your patients, you will need to have SMS credits available in Genie. To check to see how many available credits you currently have:

  1. Navigate to Appts > SMS Reminders.
  2. In the top-right corner, the Credits Remaining: XXX section will tell you how many credits you have remaining.

All new Genie practices are given 20 free SMS credits to trial the SMS module.
