Online Patient Registration is evolving! Current users love the added benefits that OPR delivers, and it's only getting better, with new functionality to ensure you can tailor your patient form completely to the needs of your practice.
How does the new section work?
The new "Medical Questionnaire" section in the patient form allows you to add custom questions specific to the needs of your practice.
Questions are saved as a PDF and are returned to Genie via Incoming Letters, so they can be saved directly to the patient's clinical file. It completely streamlines practice workflows to ensure you have all the information you need before a new patient attends your practice.

This new functionality comes at no extra cost! You only pay $1 (excl. GST) per completed registration, which means you only pay when your patient submits the form. To get you started, we'll credit you your first 20 forms so that you can try it for yourself.
How do I set up OPR?
If you're on Genie v9.3.7 or above, you can enable Online Patient Registration directly through the 'Advanced Extras' button in your appointment book.
If you're on Genie v9.3.6 or below, you'll need to update to Genie v9.3.7 or above. If you need assistance updating your Genie software, kindly check out our Knowledgebase article on updating.
