If you're running a QuickReport but getting no results, when you know there should be, try the following options:
- Ensure you are using Query not Query Selection where necessary. Query Selection will filter the results already on your screen. For example, if you've opened the Patient List, cancelled the search window and then run a QuickReport choosing Query Selection while there are no patients showing, Genie will find no results. Query will simply look at all records.
- If you are using 'is equal to' for your Comparison field, make sure whatever you are entering in the Value box is exactly as it is recorded in Genie.
