If you've forgotten your Genie password you will need to have an authorised user call Genie Support on 1300 889 362 to obtain an override password, which will allow you to reset your login details.
This override can only be given to the Licensee of the practice or a user that we have been advised we can provide this password to.
It's important to keep an up-to-date list of users authorised to receive the override password. If you've had any staff changes in your practice recently, please have your licensee contact us via the button in the top-right with an updated list of authorised users. This will allow us to update our records accordingly and assist your practice in a timely manner.
