You may sometimes receive an error "unable to find image at [file pathway]" when Genie can no longer find the image at the usual location on the Genie Server. This may be because you've merged the patient file with another, or there has been a change to the patient's surname.
To locate the image, you will need to jump onto your Server computer and open your Images folder from within your Genie folder. The default location for your Genie folder is C:/Genie for Windows or Applications: Genie for Mac. Within this Images Folder will be a list of A-Z folders which will have subfolders for each of your patients. Locate your patient's folders and copy the images from the old folder (patient's previous name) and paste them into the new folder (patient's current name).
