There are multiple reasons you may not be able to preview your PDF's.
1. You don't have QuickTime installed. Check to ensure this application is installed on your computer. If it isn't, quit Genie, install QuickTime and then launch Genie again.
2. You don't have GhostScript installed (Windows only). Please note: Ghostscript is not required for Genie Client installations if you are running Genie v9.2.2 and above, so these instructions are only relevant to 9.2.1 and below. You can check that GhostScript is installed by going to Special> Image Pro Control and reviewing the Where is Ghostscript? section at the bottom.
If there is nothing listed next to this, then GhostScript is either not installed or not linked. Select the Where is Ghostscript? option and a File Browser should open. Navigate to C:/ Program Files(x86) and look for a gs folder. If there is none, Ghostscript is not installed. If there is, open the folder and locate the .dll file. Select this and then OK.
3. There is no PDF printer installed on this computer. Ensure that a PDF printer has been installed and then try again
If none of the above options have resolved your issue, please contact Genie Support.
