When trying to print a complete record for a patient you may receive an alert "Some downloaded results were unable to be printed because they have associated blobs". This alert will occur when printing Attachments via the Print Complete Record when the attachment is not in the appropriate format.
For Genie to print the attachment through the Print Complete Record functionality the attachment must have one of the following extensions:
How to resolve the issue
It is still possible to use the Print Complete Record option and Genie will print everything it can. Once the record has printed out, you will need to review the Attachments and identify which records have not been printed. You will then need to manually print each result that has not been included in the Print Complete Record.
Alternatively, you can simply Print Complete Record without Attachments by un-ticking this in the settings window and then manually print each attachment you require.
