When configuring Genie for My Health Record, you are required to enter your HPI-O into your Practice Preferences. If you find that the HPI-O disappears when you try to do so, then there may be an issue with the e-health certificate that has been imported to your PSI Store.
To confirm the validity of your e-health certificate, please do the following:
- Upload a copy of your HIC Online log files to Genie Support to review.
- Within Genie Client, navigate to Help > About Genie (Windows) / Genie Client > About Genie (Mac). Alt/Option click on the Printer icon at the bottom of this window, then double-click on the highlighted Client folder. Within the Client folder, open the HI folder and copy the 'response.xml' file to send to email@example.com.
- Contact HPOS on 132 150 and confirm with them that your e-health certificate is on the public directory. You will likely need to quote your HPI-O number which can be obtained from your e-Health certificate. If you are unsure of your HPI-O number, Genie Support can help you obtain this from your log files.
