If you have logged into Genie and received a prompt that there are too many users logged in, then Genie thinks that you already have more users than licenses using Genie at the moment. If you know this isn't correct, navigate to File > Maintenance and Reports > General and select Server Admin Window. Select the Users option at the top of the screen and you will be prompted with a list of users that are currently logged in. If you know one of them shouldn't be, you can simply click to highlight the user you want to log off and then select Drop User at the bottom of the window. This will kick this user off the Genie System.
If this doesn't work and you are still unable to log into Genie, you can try restarting the Genie Server application on your server computer. This will cause all Genie Client users to be kicked out of Genie so you will need to ensure everyone is prepared to go offline while you do this.
