The unpaid invoices report shows all invoices that have an outstanding balance. When running the report you will have the option to display all outstanding invoices at once, or divide them by Account Holder Type. In addition you can also select whether you wish to display blacklisted accounts, unprinted invoices and batch processed accounts (e.g. Medicare). You also have the ability to keep on top of your accounts in this window by sending a follow up to Account Holders that have not yet paid their invoices.
For more information on the Unpaid Invoices Report, please refer to the Unpaid Invoices Report article.
The Aged Debtors Report will show the total amount outstanding over a 30, 60, 90, and 120 day period for your Account Holders. You can then blacklist this account holder or view their invoices from this same screen.

If you're trying to print a list from any Genie window, and you are being prompted with the Report Builder window, then Genie simply wants you to choose which details you want in your report. To proceed with printing your report, select the Columns tab and drag across any details you want to include from Database Fields to Report Columns. When you are happy with the details you've included, simply select the Print button at the bottom.
If you're running a QuickReport but getting no results, when you know there should be, try the following options:
- Ensure you are using Query not Query Selection where necessary. Query Selection will filter the results already on your screen. For example, if you've opened the Patient List, cancelled the search window and then run a QuickReport choosing Query Selection while there are no patients showing, Genie will find no results. Query will simply look at all records.
- If you are using 'is equal to' for your Comparison field, make sure whatever you are entering in the Value box is exactly as it is recorded in Genie.
If you are getting what looks like multiple results for the same search, this is because there are multiple results related to your search. It is unlikely that they will be duplicates of the same record. For example, if you search from the Appt table for patients who have had an appointment in 2019 with Dr Smith, the results will show every appointment that Jane Doe has had with Dr Smith in 2019. These are all separate records and not duplicates of each other.
To organise your reports so that all of these results are showing together, select the Groups tab, highlight the detail you want Genie to sort by Eg. Surname, and then tick the option to Group Column Data.
To show the totals of your search in the resulting report, navigate to the Groups tab and choose the Show Grand Totals option. You can also tick Show Group Subtotals, which will give you the total of smaller groups within your report.
