Genie Version 9.2.3, 29 July 2019 is now available for download.
Major changes in this version include:
Billing:
- Added new auditing system to financial tables (Banking, Payment, Sale and Transaction).
Clinical:
- ICPC Codes A31 (Term Code 033) and A66 (Term Code 020) are now used instead of Code S31 when searching for consults to complete the Foot Exam 1 and Foot Exam 2 data on an EPC Summary.
Practice Management:
- Separated the ability to modify payments and invoices through new group security preference.
- Restricted access to modifying Deposits to users with permissions to Modify Payments/Credits/Discounts.
- Restricted access to deleting Payments, Credit, Discounts and Deposits to users with permissions to Modify Payments/Credits/Discounts.
- Restricted access to modifying Credits to users with permissions to Modify Payments/Credits/Discounts.

Miscellaneous Changes:
- Archived Outgoing Letters are now saved to disk as PDF when performing an XML export.
- Created Audit table structure and added initial data for Audit actions and reasons.
- The 'Full Window' icon in the 4DWrite Pro toolbar now opens a 4DWrite Pro full window.
- Analytics are now sent to Genie Solutions after Genie updates.
- Lasik Post-Op records now display using 4DWrite Pro in Clinical Preview areas.
- Consult records now display using 4DWrite Pro in Clinical Preview areas.
- All Incoming Letters can now be saved to disk when performing an XML export.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed bug where the Date Range function within the Consultation Summary filter would incorrectly return no results.
- Fixed bug causing a runtime error when modifying the Diabetes Cycle of Care Start Date on an EPC Summary.
- Fixed bug where examination dates and status were populated incorrectly within the EPC Summary.
- Fixed bug preventing contact records from being displayed in the preview area under certain circumstances.
