Since releasing our latest Genie version recently - 9.2.1 - we have identified some issues that we know have had a negative impact on our customers' Genie experience.
To minimise any further impact on our practices, and to allow us to prioritise these issues for resolution, we have removed version 9.2.1 from our publicly available downloads. The issues our developers are currently working to rectify are:
- Unexpected behaviour when attempting to flag a patient via their Clinical record. When the Large Clinical Window setting is enabled, the flag will be recorded, but no prompt to enter a reason will appear.
- Patient heights appearing incorrectly when previewing measurement information in the Contact List area.
- Scanning and PDF viewing issues, particularly when scanning via terminal services. If you are having issues scanning on version 9.2.1, we recommend lodging a ticket with our Genie Support team.
We understand that Genie version 9.2.1 is an important update for many Mac users, and there may be circumstances where you would like to proceed with updating to this version despite the above issues.
