The Brisbane branch of Genie Solutions will be moving to new premises at the beginning of March and due to this move, some services will be offline for 48 hours.
When will the outage occur?
From 7pm Friday 1st March to 7pm Sunday 3rd March.
What will be affected?
- The Software Updates menu including Genie Updates, Fee Schedule Updates, MIMS Updates and Genie Snacks.
What does this mean for you?
Updates - during this time, you will be unable to update your Genie version, Fee Schedules, MIMS or access Genie Snacks via the Special menu. Should you need to perform any of these functions, please ensure they are done prior to 7pm on Friday 1st March.
SMS - you will not be able to purchase SMS credits and your scheduled SMS reminders to patients will not send during this time. If you have SMS set up to automatically send over the weekend, we would recommend you send these SMS' manually before the outage.This Knowledgebase article outlines how to send manually. SMS replies during this time will be delayed, but will come through once the outage is over.
You will still be able to access your Genie database and all patient data as normal.
