After you have selected the above option you will be redirected to a webpage advising TeamViewer is loading and an automatic download will occur.
Once this automatic download has been completed you will be presented with a TeamViewer Quick Session listing your Partner ID and Password. Please have these ready to give to the support team member.
Please Note: Mac Users
If you are running a macOS higher than 10.14 there may be some additional steps to get Team Viewer running. Instructions on how to set up your Mac for TeamViewer can be found here.
