The latest version of the Macintosh operating system, macOS Mojave (10.14), is now available for download.
Our testing at this stage has identified a major issue. If you use an Apple operating system you should not update to macOS Mojave until further notice. We also recommend disabling automatic macOS updates (see below).
Among other issues we are still investigating, macOS Mojave prevents some of Genie’s preview areas from displaying. This can prevent Genie from displaying content like letters, lab results, and scanned documents in certain areas of the program.
For reference, all operating systems that we currently recommend are listed in the Genie Hardware Specifications document. To ensure that you get the best possible performance out of the Genie software, you should ensure that all hardware in your practice adheres to these specifications.
Other issues may be added to this announcement if and when our testing yields further results.

How to disable automatic updates
We would also recommend disabling any automatic operating system updates for the time being to ensure your computer isn’t automatically updated to this new release.
In order to disable your automatic macOS updates select Apple>System Preferences. In the resultant window choose the App Store option. You should ensure the 'Install macOS updates' tickbox is unticked.
