- Implemented the ability to resend item numbers via ECLIPSE where an Assistant, Locum or 'Other' provider type has been selected as the servicing provider.
- Any Scheme or Patient claims sent through ECLIPSE for HBF are now transmitted as an Agreement though still handled as their respective types to allow correct processing of exceptions and receipts.
- The details of when an invoice was created and by whom are now recorded and displayed.
- Implemented the ability to allow for customisable gaps in the quoting window and when sending claims through ECLIPSE.
- Additional prompt added when deleting a current pregnancy record. Delete button moved to prevent accidental deleting.
- Added new features in Pathology window: - Advanced search with ability to use wild card - New pap smear window - New tab for favourite test lists.
- Administrator users are now able to permanently delete consults more than 24 hours after creation if the consult record does not contain either a History, Examination, Treatment/Plan or Diagnosis.
- The phone number which appears in the Recalls Due List ‘Patient Phone’ column now defaults to the mobile number.
- Patient file now displays 'Unlinked Letters'.
- In the Patient SMS History, the mobile number is now recorded against each message which is sent and received.
- A task is now created for the sender when an SMS reply is received from a recipient in the Address book.
- Correctly cater for non-GSM standard characters in SMS messages.
- The default message can now be changed when sending an SMS in bulk through the Recalls list.
- When sending bulk SMS from the Recalls Due list a prompt is now given to mark the recall as completed or reassign as necessary.
- Implemented ACT workcover forms, alongside the existing Comcare certificates.
- The keyboard focus is no longer on the ‘Stop’ button when running database maintenance processes.
- Communications with SOAP server, e.g. for SMS or Software Updates, are no longer forced to occur over SSL.
- Help browser now displays the required content in all situations.
- Fixed check during startup for expired or soon-to-expire PKI certificates for practices with more than one location ID.
- Fixed spurious error during Version Update process when database is damaged in single user mode.
- The "Last Request" button in the Pathology Request window no longer functions incorrectly.
- Pathology request window now correctly keeps focus on search field when using keyboard input.
- Fixed bug where the Fasting, Pregnant or HRT options selected in the Pathology request window were not respected on the printed request.
- The PDF filename generated when printing or emailing a Theatre List now uses the appointment date to populate the filename.
- Import and Export All patient record 'NOK' fields are now linked to patient records.
- Users can now enter special characters -/;~()! in SMS template names without undesired behaviour.
- Fixed bug where reprinting a Radiology request on Plain A4 template from the Investigations Audit would use the practice letterhead despite having the 'Use Individual Letterheads' option ticked in User Preferences.
- Fixed bug where eRx barcode is not generated on the prescription when the eRx adaptor is installed on a Windows server.
- Fixed bug when printing for a selection of patients Merged Letters which include fields from the Procedures table, where the Procedures record data was not refreshed for each patient.
- Fixed bug causing sporadic hanging when attempting to open a new invoice window.
- Fixed bug where lesion data was not automatically populating the pathology request window when opening the request from the lesion window.
- Fixed bug causing hanging on Windows computers when hovering over the header columns of the Payments Report, accessed from the Administrator tab of Maintenance and Reports.
