We’d like to advise you that, from Saturday 10th February, multiple Genie services will be delivered from a new IP address. (Please note – this was previously due to occur on the 3rd February).
This change includes features like Genie updates, MIMS downloads, and SMS reminders, and will affect any customers whose firewalls only allow access to specific, whitelisted IPs.
Please note: Genie itself will continue to function as normal; if you are affected, only web services like those listed above will be interrupted.
To mitigate any impact from this change, we recommend reaching out to your network administrator to advise them of this announcement. Your firewall may need to be adjusted to include our new IP address on its whitelist. Note: Both the current and new IP addresses will need to be whitelisted.
Current IP: 184.108.40.206
New IP: 220.127.116.11
